Why should I join GreenView Realty?
Conventional real estate brokerages take additional money from their agents in the form of commission and other fees. We at GreenView Realty only charge $500 and $135 E&O insurance per closed transaction to our associates.
How much will it cost to join your team?
It will cost you, simply nothing.
Does GreenView Realty have a minimum sales volume?
There are no minimum transactions per year at GreenView Realty.
Tell me about the cost of the E & O Insurance?
The risk management fee of $135 per closed transaction includes the cost of legal advice, judgments, legal fees, settlements, claims and litigations.
What is the total charge per closed transaction?
The charge is $500 transaction and $135 risk-management fees. The remainder of the commission belongs to you.
If I want to negotiate my commission with my clients, can I?
Certainly, you have the liberty to set your own sales commissions as high or low as you wish. We do not have minimum commission requirements. This will enable you to compete with discount brokerages.
How soon can I begin transactions under GreenView Realty?
You must initiate a change of employment on DRE web site and then we will approve the change. Most likely this is a same day process.
To join GreenView Realty what type of license do I need?
You will need a valid California Real Estate Salesperson or broker license.
Can I choose any lender, title company or escrow company in my transactions?
Yes, you may select any services you feel will meet the needs of your client.
Tell me about Board of Realtor membership and MLS Access?
GreenView Realty is a member of CAR, NAR, Citrus Valley Association of Realtors, imrmls.com and regional MLS Alliance. Our agents individually access their MLS. Please check with your local Board of Realtors regarding MLS access and membership fees, dues and requirements.

Which forms do you use?
We use standard CAR-approved forms. You will find them at the office of your local board of realtors. You may download them straight from www.winforms.com CAR forms are provided at no additional cost to you. They are part of your CAR membership benefits.
Will you be providing office space or a conference room?
No. Our agents operate from their own personal offices. GreenView Realty does not believe in paying for office space, this is not necessary to be prosperous in real estate. This decision allows increased commission to go directly to you.
